Great stay! Nice, clean rooms. Very modern aesthetic. Pet friendly too! Would be better if they had a bar or restaurant. Nothing close enough to walk to really.
Excellent hotel! Low price, super convenient location at the beginning of North Beach's malecon. I'm a diamond member of most US hotel chains, and this is comparable to Hilton / Marriott in all aspects. Delicious breakfast, clean hotel, comfy beds, nice showers, gracious staff. The rooms were clean. Staff neither bad or good. We found a nice promotion with booking and breakfast was included. Breakfast was good: chilaquiles, eggs, beans and "nopales". Also, there was fruit, yogurt, bread. We stayed here only one night. Next time we know we can come back!
Nice clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Staff was great. Location was a bit of a problem. It's at the far end of the beach with no beach access. Very few restaurants or stores nearby. We were without a car so that created a problem. With a vehicle, it would have been entirely different.
Our stay was just an overnight while passing thru on journey to Playa Del Carmen - got in late and left early, and we got a great rate: $30 including breakfast, so that's our perspective. Wonderful hotel in every single way. Room, staff, everything. My wife called it Hotel Ikea. Sums it up well.
The rooms were big and modern, everything was in a good state. On the other hand the staff at the counter was very unskilled, it really seemed like they were doing the "check-in" for the first time. Breakfast was an absolute disgrace, limited options, food quality was bad and the staff over there was very unprofessional and grumpy (Definitely one of the worst breakfast services I ever had).
